HENNING L. CHRISTIANSEN, FOUNDER

Henning Lyche Christiansen's career spans 25 years of experience in the financial and advisory industry, focusing on the renewables, maritime transportation, and offshore energy industries. From 2006 to 2020 Henning held senior positions at two of the leading global financial institutions in the maritime transportation and offshore energy sectors, where he has been responsible for developing multibillion dollar lending portfolios covering some of the leading offshore energy and maritime transportation companies in both the European and North American markets. Since 2020 Henning has served as advisor/consultant to developers and investors in early stage projects, including development of a first-of-a-kind groundbreaking NH3 project accessing funding from leading European investor and European subsidies.

After more than two decades of transaction experience he has accumulated an extensive network including executive management teams, bankers, investors, developers, advisors, lawyers and industry professionals.
Henning served as FINRA-registered Investment Banking Representative for Nordea’s broker dealer in the US. Henning holds a MSc in Shipping, Trade and Finance from Cass Business School.

Henning is a native of Norway, and currently resides in New York City.
